Good for her; and you! I'm planning on getting some more bushes and cultivating them. Wish I had taken better care of the wild ones that were growing in my yard. Thanks for watching!
Won't be any in the near future for me here in Michigan....deer ate them. Planted them twice with same response, so I will be using dried berries and will try your recipe.
Sorry to hear about your berries. I know, deer happens 😁. Good luck with the dried, they worked great for me. I kind of enjoyed not having to strip off the berries and clean them; the older I get, the more I like the easy way 😂
I like your logic, at 69 your way sounds great to me. New subscriber, been only canning for the past two years...addicted to it. Thank you for sharing your canning skills, recipes and ideas.
You are very welcome! Never too old or too young to start canning. Just turned 68 myself and have been canning for almost 50 years now; and I still love it! Happy Canning!
👍🏻thanks. Heard a lot about the benefits of elderberries, and wanted to give them a try.
Gods blessings back at you!
Thank you! Good luck and thanks for watching.
My daughter
just made some and I’m growing bushes in my yard and will be making some also.
