If this is a genuine comment and question then here is the answer. Their CEO has only accomplished 1% of the things he’s promised. Honestly the only success I feel like they’ve had is buying cars in China and selling them (hopefully at a profit) here or Europe. However, in actual Mullen 5 seems like crap, the battery technology seems like crap, and he continues to dilute stocks and cash out his share.
The main issue is Muln investors are building castles on clouds ... the foundation of their thesis is weak... Major concerns are not being raised and addressed ... 1. Does muln have liquid cash for starting production and where is proof of lower wage labour force? Where is the shipment of the van kits? They don't have a license to manufacture those Chinese vans but only assemble the kits . 2. Why is David not besides LH in any event or live stream if the tech is proven... he has not met LH in person. 3. Where are the test results of the volts being tested? Where is proof of the tech actually working. We, as engineers, know this is a total scam, so this will be going to destroy all confidence.... that's why DM is keeping his distance he is a con man. 4. DM in his latest 8k didn't disclose the actual share count before r/s so the market cap is assumed to be around 150mil but I have a feeling he is purposely hiding it as he diluted it to the max just before r/s and the share count is 200mil😢 plus. 5. Since we engineers know that the black box is a scam the whole Saudi deal is either a bigger hoax as the 2 men in the video are just middle men brokers who want to get rich quick brokering the deal. As per me, the deal was made between LH and the 2 shady broker promising LH 75%, and they are taking 25% of whatever they can get the buyer to sign. They might have given an estimate to LH that they will try to get a 10 to 100b contract for LH... the only deal that might have been signed is between the shady brokers and LH agreed on the 75% to 25% split. That too is assuming the tech is legit but sad to say it's not. 6. Scams are sold to others and not used on your own products, and that's why it's being sold to the gov and Saudis and not putting it in any of muln vehicles so far... DM is sneaky and doesn't want to be in trouble when shit hits the fan. 7. All the orders with Randy so far are payment on sale and not on delivery of vans to them... so all that 263mil is not available for use to start production. Any unsold inventory from that big order will be returned to Muln for a full refund... Randy Marion doesn't have any risk and thnce they can keep announcing deals with Muln worth Billions of $$ ... Mostly its to pump Muln to retail investors... If Randy remove the clause of refund after a year and payment upfront on delivery to them that is a good catalyst ...Also from the 120mil which they got from loan sharks was already used to open the new LLC and pay LH also for salaries which is about 50mil and with the new hires even more... so they will have to further dilute, and that will tank the price. They don't have a lot of inflow to match their insane cash burn that too pre-production.. during production that cash burn will go ballistic, and they will need billions, not millions, looking at what all they are promising to produce.
I accidentally posted this in another Mullen video. You did an excellent job of presenting the facts. Savvy retail investors can change the world. Reading a 10k is essential. Regardless of the other red flags, the fact that the CEO is given all the power and the board of directors is not in place to protect the stockholders should concern any investor regardless.

I have extracted part of the transcript, its a long read but boy o boy serious investors got to read this and if I am wrong please correct me with facts not just say I am a bear. I think you missed the part of the program to operate and regulate the black box. Is this invention true? I guess only time will tell. I’m not sure if you’ve traded other stock splits. The run up is usually BEFORE the split (which didn’t happen in this case). A 2-5% run is not a run… lol. The $63 million deal is just an arbitrage deal buying cars from China lol if you’re just an arbitrage company then the stock price makes no sense.

Very interesting watch. I appreciate your opinion. You have made some important observations about Mullen Automotive's future. Even though some of what you say is bias in my opinion, I appreciate the insight you have as a short. You have articulated some outstanding points in this video. My opinion is that if Mullen succeeds in any of their goals, it has a chance to be successful. As you have pointed out, I do think they should have focused on one project instead of putting so much time and money into multiple projects, but I feel if they succeed in anyone of these projects if will allow them to continue their work. I do have to say, I disagree with your opinion that, your engineering background means you have knowledge about whether the black box technology is logic or not. There are many types of engineers and you never clarified what type of engineer you are. You also didn't include in your opinion, alot of information Mullen Automotive's progress, that is important to include in your analysis on Mullen. Thanks for your excellent opinion and keep up the good work. Even though I disagree with your conclusions, I truly enjoyed listening to your opinions.

Lawrence is a breath of fresh air for all the people who are stuck in Mullen and can not exit because of dilution to the ground but now the stock might pump and they can exit. I’m not sure if you’ve traded other stock splits. The run up is usually BEFORE the split (which didn’t happen in this case). A 2-5% run is not a run… lol. The $63 million deal is just an arbitrage deal buying cars from China lol if you’re just an arbitrage company then the stock price makes no sense.

Very interesting watch. I appreciate your opinion. You have made some important observations about Mullen Automotive's future. Even though some of what you say is bias in my opinion, I appreciate the insight you have as a short. You have articulated some outstanding points in this video. My opinion is that if Mullen succeeds in any of their goals, it has a chance to be successful. As you have pointed out, I do think they should have focused on one project instead of putting so much time and money into multiple projects, but I feel if they succeed in anyone of these projects if will allow them to continue their work. I do have to say, I disagree with your opinion that, your engineering background means you have knowledge about whether the black box technology is logic or not. There are many types of engineers and you never clarified what type of engineer you are. You also didn't include in your opinion, alot of information Mullen Automotive's progress, that is important to include in your analysis on Mullen. Thanks for your excellent opinion and keep up the good work. Even though I disagree with your conclusions, I truly enjoyed listening to your opinions.

I think the only thing MULN truly has right so far is how they’re buying cars from China and selling it (hopefully for a profit) in the US. However, that won’t be enough to fund their EV venture and def not enough to justify their stock price.
