Oohhhh myyyy!!!! I had to come nd write that this recipe is oh sooo amazing!!! I had to substitute a few ingredients jus cus I didn't have it on hand but it was still sooooo good!!!! Substituted the turmeric for curry, chili for jalapenos, fresh ginger for ground... but it was soooo good!!! Thank you!!
You can get electric woks in many places. Amazon comes to mind as does any dept. store that carries a good selection of small appliances such as Target, Kohls, Wal-mart, etc. My mother-in-law had one almost 40 yrs. ago.
i would rather add tomatoes before adding chicken stock n coconut milk. saute onion, garlic paste instead of chopped garlic, chilies, add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin n coriander powder, then chicken and coconut milk, coconut milk , coconut powder dissolved in chicken stock, n salt. The spices sound more of Indian than Brazilian, This is just my opinion anyone can differ. thanks

Holy ONION

This is Indian ... only the order is different. Chicken molli.
I wonder what Gordan Ramsey would say if a plate of this was in front of him.
That is more East Indian instead of Brazilian
Thanks for watching! Learned this from a Brazilian friend so who knows? 😊
I'm not bothered about where the recipe originates from.... delicious food is delicious food no matter where it comes from
