Not all had the Tilling Stevens (T.S) 3 engines some had the Perkins 4 cylinder engine, you can tell as the TS3 has twin headlights, the Perkins ones had single headlights
not sure if you're implying TS stands for Tilling Stevens, but i can tell you it stands for Two Stroke, the engines were only assembled at Maidstone, they were designed in Coventry.
