    Cebuano ako. Tga Talisay Cebu .. Pwede ayos !!! Yung siling Spada medyo di ko nakikita yan dito sa Cebu na nilalagyan nang spada. Medyo di din masyado gumagamit dito nang food enhancer, pero most ingredient na nilagay mo sir Cebu lechon tlga. Ayos

    Those types of lechon stuffed with other meat like chicken or even seafoods, that is not Cebu lechon. Cebuanos don't stuff their pig with other meat because Cebuanos know it doesn't taste like pork at all. That makes Cebuanos have a higher sense of tastebuds. Cebuanos know how to cook their food quite palatable without drama. Other Cebuano famous pork and beef dishes include: Balamban liempo, boneless lechon, and pochero de Cebu (beef).
