it's not like it took exactly 37 energy to revive 3 allies but the hp of revived allies depend on aeos energy ho-oh has. lesser energy it has lesser hp for allies but that doesn't mean u can revive allies at full hp if u have 50 energy and only 1 ally is revived. hp cap for revived allies is 50% , but if u have less energy they might revive at health below 50%.
So the ability of ho oh explains an old story it is said that the beast trio suicune, entei and raikou of joto region died in fire in a tower named bell tower and ho oh revived them. ~ A true Pokemon fan

My only fear about this pokemon is Rayquaza, once you knock all 4 opponents and about to freely attack Ray, opposing Ho-Oh just brings them back
