I like to think the Stone Cutters had each guy spontaneously think of something to say that they do and sort of took turns doing improvised solos on that part when they were singing the song, for some of it, anyway. That's why they kind of zoomed in on a different guy for most of the lines about the things they do. The things they say kind of show their individual personalities.
I mean, the Freemasons that the Stonecutters are based off of do have the Illuminati eye (Eye of Providence) as one of their symbols and some conspiracy theorists consider the two groups linked.
