What is exact featured image dimensions size for this theme

I am missing all the options in the appearance menu. I am using Local and I only see themes and editor. Same with twentytwentythree. Why is that? Is there a plugin that I need to install?

Do you mean the Customiser and Menu areas?
The classic Customizer has long since been replaced wholesale by the Block Editor and Full Site Editor. It was never very good anyway so I don't recommend trying to reinstate it. Try the FSE or an ACF-based solution instead.
As for the menus area, the classic menus area was and remains much better (in my opinion, at least) than the menu blocks that have replaced it in the FSE. I reinstate the menus area in my own WP base theme by adding "add_theme_support('menus'):" to your functions.php file's theme setup function.

I am really struggling to change the site logo (the favicon) for this theme. Am I missing something??? The company logo (which we use in the header) is different than the site icon. How can I change / set that that in the 2024 theme?

Hey Frikkie. I assume the logo in the header has been added using the Site logo block. If you have used an Image block for the logo, the site icon won't update.

When you increase the text font size in the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, for example to 1.1 REM or 1.2 REM, the text on the phone becomes very small.

Any idea where to look or why is header.php isn't there in theme file editor? where can I put a custom script?
