100g. Scallop
100g. Mussel
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup crispy flour
1 tbsp. Corn starch
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
7 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 pcs. Spring onion
Bean sprout
1/2 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup cool water

@@thaicheffood4993 it was really tasty. My batter was a bit too thick so wasn't as crunchy, but next time I'll make a smaller batch.

@@thenick95051 different with Tapioca flour 😊 Crispy flour is instant flour found in Thai or Asian supermarket similar to tempura flour I'll post photo of the brand I use soon 😊
