I know I know, the remasters got delayed again and I was inactive for too long... and that was because I focused into improve this even more, and I ended making a lot of changes to the final results! You already had a taste of that with Circle of the Moon, and this got the same treatment!
As a plus, and to make the wait a little shorter, I will upload updated remasters from HoD and AoS, applying the same treatments as this!
Dawn of Sorrow is set to release on March 16, 2023
Portrait of Ruin + Bloodlines to be released on early April 2023.
Order of Ecclesia + Rondo of Blood to be released on late April 2023.

Having finished the entire DS collection for the first time recently, this is well-timed. I feel like I blew through the games so quickly that I didn't always get to appreciate the music. Love your arrangements.
I don't think they'd include Bloodlines: it's already in the Anniversary Collection.

They sound even more like the original tracks, but of course with more superior sounding instruments and an uptaded much better mixing. I was very impressed with the old versions, but now with these newer ones, I don't even know what to say haha, you really have an impressive attention to detail! I'm patiently waiting for these to be released!!!!

ReBirth was absolutely great. And it risks to be forgotten, since it was released only on WiiWare. So, today nobody can buy it o play it legally... I hope Konami chooses to make this DS collection happen. It can't be so difficult... Why they take so long?
What formats are they going to be in? MP3 only again, or?

The older version of victorian fear sounded better, the new one sounds thinner.
That's because the older mixing kept low freqs too high (making the bass and bass drums too prominent), and the aim of this is to balance everything into a flatter state, so it's up to each user to adjust the equalization at their taste in their favorite music player.
You can make the music sound like the older if you adjust your eq settings to focus on the Bass ;D
EDIT: I forgot. The new version is aimed to be faithful to the original arrangement, because in the older I took the freedom to add some instruments that aren't supposed to be there in the first place (Harpsichords, Celestas and Choir). I will add that enhanced version as a bonus track.
