There is an ice cream place near me that does donut ice cream sandwiches. They make their own donuts and their own ice cream, then they roll the donut ice cream sandwich in a variety of breakfast cereals. They are SO GOOD. Because they make the donuts and the ice cream, they balance out the sweetness so it isn’t too sugary.
I kept my UV color changing vans from the early 2000s! I got the yellow ones full priced, and then pink on clearance and I have not worn them in yearrrrrs but I am glad I kept them. haha Also I have saved every dress I wore to a dance, but that is because my mom made them all and I am hoping one day my daughters are interested in wearing them.

Once my niece was born, I started doing it, cuz I wish my mom or aunts kept their favourite pieces and the few items I do have from them are treasured and I want to do that for my niece. I feel like between the popularity of minimalism on YT over the years, we’ve been encouraged to downsize, purge, edit etc when it comes to our clothes. I even remember Oprah saying “if you haven’t worn it in a year get rid of it”. But honestly, this isn’t practical and it encourages us to toss away our stuff, only to go out and get more. I find I’m a fan of a “quarantine pile”. If I’m debating getting rid of it, I put it in a quarantine bin where it’s out of the way and check on the stuff in there periodically to see if I missed it
