Aileen’s story is an all-time great red chair moment, the delivery, how she exaggerates her words for Zach to understand (and his reaction), the whole thing was just hilarious 😂
She is one of the costume supervisors on Good Omens 2, there is a bonus video on prime x-ray about the costume design of the series and she explains some things in it. It took me a moment to realize how she looked and sounded so familiar to me but here we go, Graham Norton, red chair
That’s just what anyone should do. There’s no “effort” involved in standing up and walking three steps to shake someone’s hand. People glorify celebrities for doing the ordinary way too much.
I watched that story about Christmas and car accident so many times but still makes me laugh every time I hear it 😂😂 And awww for Ed for getting his mate to the couch 😍😍
G.Norton best show... kind of saved my life. Laughing while watching this show helped me breathe better in 2020 until brother's call and uncle's arrival with the cure!
Hey hope you and Balto are both doing better. I'm 30 and have had Bipolar for over half of my life now so I know how it feels to hit rock bottom. Reply to my comment if either of you ever need someone to talk to. Take care.
I love when Ed met his best friend in a random situation and asked him to the couch :) Love watching Take That members' reactions when the husband flipped... And Aileen...I'm not an English speaker and I should play the video again and again but listening to her story make me laugh :D
Aileen’s clip - 5:41 - "Jesus!!!!" -LOL "Aileen’s path brought her home to Derry Girls... Peaky Blinders, the sleek and gritty BBC crime drama, AND Game of Thrones - - - and in the US, Episodes..." - - WOW She's pretty Cool!!!!
McConaughy extending a hand to Ed Sheeran’s childhood friend just says everything about how nice he genuinely is. Best show on television period. Anywhere.
@@fezzik7619 says a guy using a dead wrestler playing a character in a children’s movie as his identity on TH-cam, trolling someone he doesn’t know. Sorry, what’s sad?
I understood everything she said ... I'm surprised Braff didn't get it, he grew up near NYC, he'd have been exposed to lots of different people I would think.
Those of us who live in Boston are well versed in the Irish accent. It’s best to be careful not to lump a population of 330M people all into one category by the way. We’re fairly diverse down here.
I've lived in Ohio all my life and I understood her...but I've always loved watching movies and TV shows from Great Britain so I taught myself to listen carefully so I could make out what they were saying and understand British humor
It kills me that folks on Graham's show couldn't understand the Irish girl. I missed one word out of the whole lot. Guess spending some time with my friend from college's family (Irish - North and South) gave me the ear. Wish we had Graham's show in Canada.
0:00 MAN gets rejected on live television 2:22 CHARLIE HUNNAM gets called out 3:59 Baby gender reveal 5:41 ZACH BRAFF can’t understand the girl’s accent 7:59 ED SHEERAN reunites with childhood friend
It’s easy to tell Ed Sheeran’s massively talented because he sort of looks like some stoner on a couch at a college party next to all these beautiful people.
There’s quite a few you missed but hopefully Top 5 More Red Chair Moments soon including Mia’s Red Chair Story. Jack Whitehall Vs The Red Chair. Audience Member had her drink stolen by Graham Norton. Australian Guy Nails it in The Red Chair & Kelly Clarkson is Freaked Out by INSANE Red Chair Story!.
My favorite red chair moments are the episode with Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law, where a woman tells a story about driving into a bear enclosure. And the episode with David Tennant and Matt Smith, with Matt's look-a-like and the guy who wanted David to sign his arm to get it tattooed.
Nah he deserved it. She obviously wasn’t into him but he kept trying to pressure her into it. Like hello red flag anyone? 🚩 No one else seems to realise just how creepy and out of line he was.
I love how Charlie just yells out "Sebastian Lippiatt!" like it is his greatest enemy who has haunted him for years.
Success is the Best Revenge!
Me too
It IS a good name for a master villain nemesis.
I half expected Sebastian Lippiatt to have a sword for a second there.
Yeah that’s one he will never forget
I'll always love Charlie's reaction. It's like he's held onto this memory all this time and finally met his arch enemy again.
And has his sword ready actually.
Aileen’s story is an all-time great red chair moment, the delivery, how she exaggerates her words for Zach to understand (and his reaction), the whole thing was just hilarious 😂
Aileen is the funniest thing ever on the red chair. Graham's reaction is priceless as is Aileen's story and how she told it.
Her change in speech pattern to make it easier for Zach to understand & Zach's reaction of laughter was wonderful.
We haven't Diane Jennings and Aileen in the same place at the same time! Hmmmm!
She is one of the costume supervisors on Good Omens 2, there is a bonus video on prime x-ray about the costume design of the series and she explains some things in it. It took me a moment to realize how she looked and sounded so familiar to me but here we go, Graham Norton, red chair
"Oh from the NORTH of the country."
*casually resting his hand on the lever*
As a non Irish person, I laughed my head off at that exact frame.
He does that for EVERY story if you notice
I love rewatching the Ed Sheeran story. Ed's reaction when he recognizes his mate saying, "What the f---!" I crack up every time.
That was a happy reunion
Loved it
Her asking KYLIE to tip him off the red chair has got to be just about the most savage thing broadcast on TV ever.
Yup, he's way better off without that shallow player bimbo
The fact that Matthew McConaughey took the effort to shake that guys hand just makes him a class act.
I've not got to that bit yet but now I am EXCITED
A Texan, really. American Southerners are notoriously polite.

Had to rewind 5 times to understand it.
And I still don't understand why everyone laughed when she said "milk and bread"
@@phs125 it’s because she tried to sound more understandable for actor Zach Braff 😅
You can see Charlie thinking “Wait, this seems familiar….”
He did say that he was wondering how it could happen to two different people.
Ed Sheeran sitting on Graham's lap was a dream come true, for Graham, too.
"Where you here randomly?" "No someone emailed me" 😂
I love Ed for saying "no, put him on the couch" 👏🏽👏🏽 great guy
Aileen's story was absolutely hilarious, but I just love Ed's deal, it's just great that they got the guy on stage.
“This is the story, all about how my life-“

The Ed Sheeran red chair story never gets old! I love it!
That Irish girl is amazing

5:41 TIL Aileen from Derry is the costume designer for Good Omens 2 😮
This is the most genuine show.
Aileen's story and the reactions will never not be funny.
The Ed Sheeran reaction is a classic. I hope they kept in touch. Lego nights etc XD
The ed Sherrin clip shows exactly why we never forget where we grew up and where we are from. Just look at Eds reaction.
This is noy your first time watching these clips. That Ed Sheeran one never gets old.
What I liked about the Ed Sheeran bit was Graham going like everybody I want you all to meet Ed's freind....
Will's "don't. you. dare." whilist holding the lever
To hilarious, this is got to be the greatest talk show ever... Graham is unbelievably incredible!
You realise that "unbelievably incredible" is a tautology, right?
@Aussie Chris thanks, for the correction, I do it all the time, sorry it bothered you...
Think what you will but Sebastian has balls of steel to show up!
I never thought I would scream WTF when Graham pulled the lever on Valeri...

The gender reveal was amazing! Lol
As a Canadian, I don't understand how Americans don't understand an Irish or Scottish accent.
I understood everything she said ... I'm surprised Braff didn't get it, he grew up near NYC, he'd have been exposed to lots of different people I would think.
As a Newfoundlander I also don't get it. Especially the Irish accents. Sounds very familiar to me lol.
Those of us who live in Boston are well versed in the Irish accent. It’s best to be careful not to lump a population of 330M people all into one category by the way. We’re fairly diverse down here.
Irish, Scottish and American all sound so similar to me that's why the actors from first two have an easy time mimicking the Hollywood/American accent
