you used a charger circuit which is more costlier than new LED.. so throw old dead CFL and Buy a new one LED

1. Output of the charger is 5v and current is 2000ma, not matched with the 4v smd board. First messure the smd voltage and current. for ex: 12 smd x 20ma = 240ma, so this smd board require maximum of 4v and 240ma to drive good, so you have to add resistor to out put of the charger positive point. you need 4.7ohm 1/2 watt resistor, so after connected, the led Circuit's current consumption will be 213ma, so good enough. Please don't show the inaccurate calculation. Stay home, Stay safe.
भाई... ये डेमो के लिए राइट है पर ज्यादा देर तक नही चलेगा... क्योकि वोल्टेज करेक्ट नही है और led का हीट सिंक भी लगाना पड़ता है वरना जल्द ही गर्म होकर जल जाता है

jo charger use kiya gaya hai uskay volt 5 se zyada nhi jub k ye led 12 volts hai iss tarha led ko 12 k bajaye 5 v dekar led taqriban half se bhi kam light degi dosri baat ye charger kam se kam 150 rupay ka hoga aur ked ka jo soket hai 30 se 40 ka hoga tu sidhay 120 rupay k led q nahi latay
isme dekhaya LED plate 4 volt ka hai....

Наеба. В первые зарядное устройство выдаётся 5 в. А надо минимум 30 40в. Во-вторых плата светодиота будет грется. Для отдачи тепла надо радиатор.
