hi mr azhar, boleh tunjuk kan saya contoh utk auto email with condition, if the status good it will update close...if not it will delegate to other inspector to update semula form inspection tersebut. so dalam email to other inspector tu sy nk masukkan hyperlink form yg dia perlu update so dia blh terus update pada form yg di assign padanya
