I tried to write a key via dump, the EEPROM identified is S-93C66 for the Toyota IST 2010 smart key proximity. I don't know which transponder I can use to make that key

Dear Sir! I am Confused because In other Toyota cars You Are Using Engine ECU File and in this Toyota you Used Immobilizer ECU File for key Making ....Why sir???? Please explain. And Can we use the same Mathod for other Toyota which has Immobilizer ECU Rather than Smart key Ecu.

Some Toyota has an immobilizer box. Some do not have it. For you to know whether the vehicle has an immobilizer box like Toyota. You have to disconnect the ECM. When the security light goes off, me the EEPROM is in the ECM. But when it did not go off meaning it immobilizer box.
