i appreciate the responses, but i was referring to the extra stuff with the ipad that may have thrown him off. He can play freely, but he has to stick his fills like he normally does. He still has crazy skill though.
I play drums myself....listen to a lot of other drummers...but Calvin's precision is 2nd to none! He IS a metronome!!!!

i would try practicing it on a practice pad or on one drum just to develop the speeds. the faster i play the more fingers i use to push out the notes.
