You need a larger container to shake the bullets in. It will work better than the one you used. More area to generate static to cling to the bullets.

I think black is one of those "problem colors." I like the way they look with the 2 coats. I have Eastwood V Twin orange that doesn't coat well at all. I think I'm gonna try 2 coats with that one.

Eastwood PC always seems to work for me . The other ones are hit and miss for me .
