I love how you have a lot of book reca that are set in winter and are winter themed but also give us so many other recs that are just normal books that could be read in winter. It’s the perfect balance and you are doing all these books such justice. I love all your recommendations! 🧡🧡🧡
you’re so good at giving just enough detail to motivate me to read a book, without spoiling it. currently reading powerless due to ur recommendation and it’s so amazing!!!
I agree that One Day In December is such a wonderful rom com of a book! I recently read it and absolutely loved it! If you ever decide to reread it, the audiobook experience was amazing!
OMG. I was just gonna ask for a video for recommendations for the winter. Thank you so much for listening to us and giving us such amazing advice. You are the best 😍
Your videos have been so relaxing and cozy! I noticed you say ‘again’ a lot when you talk about each book and now I’ve been subconsciously saying that when I talk to my bf about books lol
i don’t know if you’ve read these books yet, but the Crave series by Tracy Wolff is so good and perfect to read in the winter considering it takes place mainly in alaska! 🫶🏻
highly recommend the lovelight series by bk borison! each book is for a different season, starting with winter/xmas! my FAVE is business casual (4th, autumn).
I literally just started reading It's the Most Wonderful Crime of the Year and LOVE it so far!! I'll have to check out some of your other great recs, thank you :)
Just wanted to comment my Winter recommendations from a new avid reader ❄️ - Where the Crawdads sing by Delia Owens - Verity by Colleen Hoover - Little Women by Louisa May Alcott - Blood Brothers by Willy Russell - The Guest List by Lucy Foley
Set a timer for 20 minutes and just read the book you're excited to start. If 20 minutes sounds a but much start with 5 or 10 min a day. Before you know it, you will get sucked in and will not want to stop. 🙂 Also, keeping a reading journal makes the reading experience exciting, interactive, and fun.
On the last book of the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy rn bc I watched one of your video where you recommended it a few days ago and I’ve been binging them, tysm 🥰
Love ur videos so much I’ve been watching you now for a few years and you and destiny are honestly my fav TH-camrs ! And you should read the crave series I love it so much but I still haven’t read the last two books in the series
Winter fantasy recc: The North Wind 💙❄️ I just finished it and gave it 5 stars!! Mmc is ... The North Wind like he is the God that controls that wind/winter so it's very atmospheric and wintery. There are also some elements of greek mythology and it's kind of a Hades & Persephone retelling. But the element that slayed the most was the character growth and how the relationship between the fmc and mmc developed from true enemies to friends to lovers. It was so beautiful 😭 And also very funny bc of how the fmc constantly tried to irritate the mmc out of pettiness. I loved it so so much!
If you want a good romance to read during the winter/fall time I would suggest The City Bakers Guide To Country Living by Louise Miller. It has a harvest dinner and thanksgiving in it as well as some Christmas time after that. I think you’d really like it. There is even a recipe in the book that the FMC makes so you can make it too.
So many great recs!! My winter recs video is coming out tomorrow and we have several of the same books on our lists, haha. I’m also working through the Beartown trilogy, recently re-read book one and already read book two and planning to read book three this month! Really want to read Winter Garden because I love Kristin Hannah too ❤️ Some of my favorite winter books that you didn’t mention would be No Exit, Narnia, A Christmas Carol, The Bear and The Nightingale, and Everyone In My Family Has Killed Someone!
Seen such good things about the holiday romances you mentioned, hoping to get to at least a few this month🤞🏻 Ps. Your hair is stunning!! So long and healthy 😍
OMG, Rock paper scissors is on my TBR too. I was wanting to read it by the end of december🤭🙈❤ Also I will definitely try those holiday romances that u recommended. Havent really read any, so🙈🙈
OK, so I know this is a longshot, but can you do a video where you like? Just talk about one book and like say everything about it like even the plot? Also, I love your videos so much and you inspired me to be a book lover, and now I read like five books a month❤❤❤❤
I really need to read Ghosted. Hopefully I will read it soon (I'm such a mood reader so I can't see when I'm going to read it). You and Destiny convinced me to read the War of Lost hearts series and I really enjoyed it (you definitely need to continue it).
