Sis iam using cetaphil oil cleanser for oil acne prone sensitive skin suggested by dermatologist. I tried cetaphil gentle cleanser and cipla saslic facewash which trigger reddish, I stopped it.
Unfortunately cetaphil cleanser didn’t work for me too! You can try any of the above mentioned recommendations and see 🙂
