    Thank you for your video because few people have made it on the quality of photo printing. this printer is mainly intended for work where the photo is little used. In my case I need to print photos occasionally but with an image quality close to the original. Have you tested the Canon GX6050, which seems to have slightly better marks than the ET-3850 on photo renderings? I have to decide quickly between the 2 but my choice is difficult (the balance leans on the Canon but the consumables are more expensive, the mobile application less good and does not print without borders). Thank you for your opinion.

    I see your printer and desk shaking slightly from side to side. My alighnemt test is "fine" but the lines aren't ever "crisp". Do you have the same issue? (non photo paper) And if so, could this be do to the printer desk not being "stable", having a little shake in it when printing? Is there value with this quality of printer doing the alignment test on photo pater?

    Not sure if you can help me but I thought I'd see if you can give me some suggestions after watching your video. I just purchased the ET 3850 and completed the entire setup process. I chose the correct paper size and paper quality. I printed a basic document with a small picture header that I had on file. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the print. The blacks are gray and the entire document is grainy. I notice the same thing when I scanned a document and even before I hit print the document looks distorted and grainy. There are no lines or separations in any of the images so I'm confident that the alignment for the heads is correct. Any suggestions before I take this thing back or I bought it.? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    doesn't really matter? can you see the print pixelation or print lines when looking at it at close up? it's the problem i'm facing in inkjet printers as opposed to laser printers where the print looks like it's printed "as one" no lines or ink dots or anything.

    • @BestPrinters
      @BestPrinters  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Kat, so the eco tanks move up with the fist number so the 2850, 3850 & 4850. Each printer gets progressively better. Of course there are even better eco tank models but they get pricey. Given it is go graphic design I would get the Epson ET 4850 or 8500. 8500 would be even better than the 4850.
