Let AA haters hate, but this man has PHENOMENAL vocal range. You should hear his suicide silence cover at the Mitch Lucker memorial. He has highs and lows for days, and can sing his head off.
Not being blackout drunk during every show definitely helped Danny improve on his vocals. I haven't been the biggest fan of their newer shit, but the band is fucking nice.
As much as I love old AA, Danny can't sing like this anymore, I saw them live a few years ago just after Danny sobered up and the opening band was much better. Danny is better at singing his new style but when I listened to them live, him trying to do their older songs was a disaster. He changed his singing style a lot since then, I'm not a huge fan of the style, I've seen he does a lot better with the current style live. I'm not doubting that he is good, but I know he can't do their old heavier stuff anymore.

Hugo Leclercq yes but he was not intact, the lead singer at this time. Meaning, this is not the same singer. This guys is (in my opinion) way more talented and has way more vocal range than Danny.
