This dance practice is for an award show thus the extra dance break.
They record their dance practice to review for any mistake so that they can improve.

So this is the original Mic Drop Korean version produced by PDogg who is BTS in-house producer. They added the dance breaks for the award show and sometimes they perform it at concerts a similar version =)
this is their camera practice for the 2017 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA). That's why they are wearing name tags. The MAMAs are HUGE- involving China and Japan, as well, so the camera operators weren't familiar with them. Also, that performance was iconic.
They have so many dance practices they have released. They are so fun to catch all the details.

They practice for many hours so that nothing goes wrong and their movements are synchronized, a curiosity in the studio there is no clock and there is a system to cover the mirrors, there is a simulation of the stage

I would have to agree with this since some music videos have so much going on that the choreography sometimes gets lost. Plus it is another way to see who well synced they are.
Arena's sorry but they do full sell out Stadium Concerts in the biggest Stadium on the planet not Arena's. There's a huge difference between 20,000 large Arena to the smallest Stadium of 40,000. They've done this version to 60-80,0000 people and in South Korean Award Show's. I did say the Remix is light. They do this to a live band as well.

Any of their MMA ( Melon Music Awards ) and MAMA ( Mnet Asian Music Awards ) are live performances of some of their songs MMA 2019 is like on another level should react to that as well as 2019 MAMA awards to see what you just watched the practice for
Usually their dance practice (which are actually perfected performances) videos are the only place you'll see the full choreography to their songs. When performing live they also have to have enough breath to sing.
7:19 BTS is helping keep hip-hop dance elements alive in more ways than one. J-Hope has a docu-series where he “goes back to his roots” and features different street dancing styles and performers (including his starting childhood dance crew) in each episode. It was released on Prime a few months ago. It’s called Hope On The Street. It has an accompanying album of the same name. No idea whether it’s copyright-safe to react to but you might want to check it out for your own enjoyment.

Two of their members, Jhope and Jimin, have dance backgrounds. Hobi started dancing with a local dance crew at 10 and Jimin went to a performing arts high school for contemporary dance while also doing hip hop dance battles.
