Sue, you have a fantastic collection. I don't have Barbie's I have big antique and vintage dolls that take up a lot of space. Thank God for an understanding husband.

Your baby bed is going to be awesome. It looks like it is in excellent condition. I have two cabinets full of my Galoob Baby Face dolls. Then the rest are in buggies and on the dresser, chest of drawers, desk, bookcase, sitting in chair and three are in a box under the bed.😁
I think it is at least a 100 years old. So heavy, I like old stuff, cause they just don't make it like that anymore. They light up our life for sure! LOVE DOLLS!!!
Oh, Sue. So, nice to see good shots of your collection. That Julia Doll is awesome. You looked like Samantha from Bewitched cleaning up in fast motion. Wouldn't it be nice to really be able to do that? HA I have a fireplace in my living room just like that one you always sit in front of. I really likes this video!!! Catchin up on your older videos.

Wow you have an amazing collection! And we share the same pink 80's wardrobe, mines turned a bit dark cuz of aging but I'm treating it with the retr0bright method. Your kitchen reminds me my bathroom when I wash and clean my barbies and it's a total mess. 🤣 Sometimes before going to bed I find the sink full of stuff and I'm like oh gosh! I can't brush my teeth here, so I move stuff on the bathtube. I have some barbies all around my room cuz I have no space for another cabin. Btw my niece plays with barbies too and she learned that there are barbies made to play with and barbies just made to stare at lol. 😆 Thanx for showing us ur barbie stuff and rooms, and have a happy holy easter. 🐇🐣
Boy do I know about the Barbies everywhere, just one of the things that goes along with collecting. Yes some of the Adult type dolls were not meant to be opened and are for staring at like you said. Happy Easter to you too.

I need to clean my Barbie case out and re style the hair etc. I have 2 cases and one wall of Barbies in boxes. I notice you have the Mego Cher doll from the 70s. I love the Mego, Cher Farrah and Lynda Carter dolls , I still have them from my childhood. My husband got me a Sonny Bono doll to display with Cher.. Your collection is fun to see, I love your Barbie displays. It is relaxing when I have a day to mess with it, I often listen to the Beatles when I do it. but like you I have to work on my house cleaning ,cats and dogs so the dolls come in last haha.

I understand the overwhelming feeling that comes with collecting. I put up some shelves on my walls and lined up almost every doll I own. At first it was cute but then it was too much.
I have SO many Ken's and Barbie's from the goodwill over the years. I like them and they are in good shape but there are too many. I have a whole slew of Gene's and Ginny's and the list goes on.
So I packed up 5 boxes worth and put them away. Now I just have out my favorites and it feels much better. I do have a couple boxes of Barbie stuff but haven't had the urge to dig through them.
I still like dolls but am getting way more picky and choosy....
Yes, at one point I would never pass up a doll. Now I will.

Hi. I’m new to your videos and I am working my way backward. Many times I wanted to comment but put it off. I am 68 now. I didn’t have Barbies or toys when I was young and living in Eastern Ky. I saw one my cousin owned when I was about 7 or 8. I sadly am making up for that now lol. I enjoyed your video so much. If I get out too much it is overwhelming and is stressful, so I kind of understand your dlimi. One thing I have to do before I put items in a box or whatever, is take a picture of what is going in that box. Then when I’m looking for something I can look through my pictures and know where it is. I have NO memory 😏. Thank you for your happiness you share and I apologize for rambling 😄

OMG so it's not just me? LOL Bins everywhere, Stopped buying for a long time in hopes of getting organized. I never sold anything until this year I sold all my non vintage stuff.

Yeah I have too much, that is why a sell a little. lol on ebay. That is not all my doll in this video. I have many in boxes in other closets. But I keep them under control. I plan to show more !!
Omg... Me too. Literally, bins and plastic shoe boxes just piled. I finally had to get a storage unit because they were starting to get out of hand. 😁

Icy soaks are great 👍🏾 also hairspray will remove ink pen stains.

My house is out of control with eBay listings, including antiques, vintage including my own Barbie collection, just for my amusement. So don’t worry, we are probably all he same!

Be careful with that one wood/glass cabinet you have by the window and how you have your blinds open - bright sunlight shining on those shelves every day can fade your doll outfits over time.
I have up sheers blinds and curtains. 😊😊

Can you explain how you cleaned/whitened the lace on the play suit?
First I used a small container fill with water then add some white vinegar. I let it soak in there for a while, (stops pink and reds from running) Then I put it in a new container of water and Oxiclean. I let it soak for several hours. The white will start to brighten up. If I still think it need to be whiter I take the piece out, put in like 2 drops of bleach mix it up and put the piece back in for a few more hours. The lace was really dark, but now it look very white and no running of the colors.
I love your dolls so much! Sue I have a problem I need your help . I bought a Francie dress off eBay off this seller and I bought it Friday and this lady still hasn’t shipped it out or she won’t answer me. What do I do?
I imagine you paid for it already. check and see what time she has allowed to ship. There is a date for that. If she goes pass her date and doesn't answer you or ship, then you have to open a case with ebay. It takes a while but they will refund you. If you can't find the open case option. Just type it into help. Or call ebay and they will walk you through the procedure. Let me know how it goes

My wife has a vintage Dream House with furniture and clothes, a lot of things, where should I sell them?
I sell on eBay because that is usually where you can get the most money. But packaging is difficult especially for big items, like a dream house. Many people turn to Facebook market place, offer up, Craigslist or flea market. What state are you in? Lol, I would check it out if I could. But I already have 2 dream houses.
Yeah the Dream House is big, I’m on Long Island 🙂

Just found your channel and will have to watch more of your videos. I have a question maybe you can answer. I noticed you have a Barbie dressed in mod ‘Glowing Out’ outfit I think it’s called. It looked so nice and fresh on the doll. I have 2 of those and one has more slivering. But they are both kind of flimsy. I think I need to soak them and give them more life but I’ve been scared to wash them because of the red bleeding. What do you suggest. Cool water with dawn dish soap. And I’m afraid to iron but they need to be given some life. Do you recommend a clothing spray with very cool iron. I would like to put one of them on a mod doll if I can just freshen them up more. I couldn’t tell if yours maybe had some kind of stiff slip underneath. This is a hard outfit to find in a really excellent condition. Do you have any suggestions on cleaning. Thsnks
Yes soak it first in white vinegar and water at least 30 minutes. This helps with colors fading. Then I use oxiclean if it is stained. If not used hand wash with mild soap. I use hair dryer to blow it dry. I have not cleaned that outfit before. So keep a close watch on it for fading. Just know you are always taking a chance when cleaning. This has worked well for me

I have a fair hair head and a blond marlo head that I have been trying to get tnt Japan bodies for in good condition without rips. tears, etc. Wondering if you ever get any or have any nude bodies. Also I have a sweet 16 head that I believe needs a tnt Taiwan body. If you ever do could you let me know. Sometimes the head is trashed and you can swap it out for the body. Just thought I’d ask. I’ve been watching and enjoying some of your videos. Informative and fun. Always learn something new. I hadn’t been actively collecting for about 10 years and just started getting active again. Got some vintage outfits and some newer outfits for some new 80s and 90s dolls. Barbie is Always fun. Or at least tnt bodies from that time were Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong. , Thanks
Hi Sue You recommended white vinegar for clean a vintage Barbie dress I was worried about the red color staining the rest of the dress. Do you mean just white vinegar and not white wine vinegar. Also what is your eBay site name. I forgot what it was. Thanks
Mix just white vinegar with water and soak it. That help keep it from fading. the vinegar help set the color. But let it soak for a good while 30-40 minutes. Before cleaning. My Ebay is bigsue1234

They been a life saver they are great quality and stack high babies can stand upright in them on kiser stands . When my family saw how much they helped my Barbie mess we been buying so many now I’m cleaning the attic the garage the shed every closet. They are amazing. Can I send pictures on comments?

@@BarbieLove yes they are clear with green lids. Do you have Instagram? They are around 7 dollars for 70 quarts 12 for 95 quarts the 95q I store boxed dolls . My they are just perfect my parents are 65 so they are never to heavy and Bc they are clear they can see what they need.
