Agathe and Enzo were great. I understood most of the French calls and they would use some English aswell. During the races was a bit harder to clock what was being said but not hard to know when the boat is pushing!

Cam, excellent video! The quality, commentary and variety are amazing! Motivation is where you find it and I really needed this after a 60km weekend ride before a 2 x 5k erg in the morning. Rest, fuel, yam, repeat!

I mean he’s not getting less blood or oxygen to his brain, I don’t see why he would end up with this problem (more so than anyone else when they stand after a long time). His heart just takes less beats to move the same amount of oxygenated blood, because he has a very strong heart.
I occasionally get dizzy yes. Usually when tired and standing up quickly after a long time sitting. If you are concerned though definitely chat to a doctor

Do the hotels you stay at object to you taking a dog into the room with you. Here in America I have a hard time finding a place to stay when I take Jake with me. It is a big problem, and he loves to go.

I caught an ejector crab 3 days ago, and it was so powerful that the oarlock pin bent, and the rigger snapped in half.

I asked him the same thing in the last episode and he said the cox does in fact speak French on the water!
I tried to say a few words in English mainly during trainings. During races it was a little bit more complicated to speak in French and in English.

Those issues are caused by low blood pressure not low heart rate
