Interesting that they have a high-tech facility but still are unable to implement decent level of scanning and tracking.

I've had a lot of deliveries from Australia Post during the last 3 months and every one of my deliveries has arrived safely and in good time. I can't be the only lucky one. The things delivered include glassware, knives, clothing, shoes, a fragile lamp, printer ink, a diving mask, to name a few and everything has been left at the front door as requested. Everything appears to have been placed, not thrown. I try to order only a few things at a time so I don't confuse the tracking between different companies. Thought it was about time the hard workers had a positive review. And no, I do not work for Australia Post or Startrack.

If it’s high tech why my parcel was lost? I got paid 277 dollars compensation. I paid 177 for the express post and 100 for the amount of my parcel. I worked hard to filled my box to send it to my family. 10 to 15 days but until now it’s been nearly 3 months my parcel is nowhere to be found. That’s high tech?

So is this also where they open parcels and steal it's contents before resealing it and delivering a parcel with an empty box in it?
AusPost are terrible, they'll hire anyone with a driving licence and is able to pass a pre employment drug test, which just means they were clean for 3 days, seriously every delivery person from AusPost that delivers to my area are the most sketchy people I've come across.
