i am facing this problem my Left And Right buds are connecting separately and simultaneously only one bud playing audio and I tried to reset buds but it's not working please help with this problem. And each bud had different Mac addresses

Mere pass v same buds hai.. jaise mai other app se call krta hu suppose kro mai whatsapp or messenger se call kr rha hu to call me koi dikkat nhi aati..but suddenly mujhe direct call aa gyi maine app call ko disconnect krke direct call ko response kiya to buds me koi prob nhi..but jaise hi mai dubara app call pe connect krta hu to doosre person ko meri awaj sunai deti hai but mujhe awaj nhi aati...iska kya solution hai.. maine isko reset v kr liya hai... fir ph ko restart krta hu then prob solve hoti hai.... please reply m waiting for solution
Everything is good but only for specific products they are showing case battery percentage.. I've purchased realme buds 3 neo but the case charging percentage is not being displayed..be careful guys
