What an amazing gift for your Mom! The room is so lovely Mailey. It's so bright and airy. I absolutely love how the mural wall turned out. It's just beautiful. I really loved seeing that you kept the Robert Duncan print of the mother and son. I grew up in the same small town in Utah as that artist and his family. Spent many hours at his home, and have that small town proud feeling whenever I see his artwork. Total labor of love and your Mom seemed so thrilled!
OMG I had no idea who the artist was behind the painting. It's been in my mom bedroom since I was born and she LOOOVES that painting. I'll have to tell my mom about that, I'm not sure where she got the print from. So glad you liked the final room! I agree the end result was so nice and bright and airy. My mom never wants to leave her room haha.
You knocked the French Provincial style out of the park! It's so gorgeous and luxe in the room. Everything came out amazing, but the 3 part painting was the biggest shock. I can't believe you painted something like that at 4 o'clock in the morning 😂

Hello Mailey, so my parents agreed, the documents are ready and I'll send the copies to you soon to sign. We are all set to adopt you.!!😄. I guess every parent would want to adopt you as their child after watching this make over series.!! My goodness gracious..Mailey, what in the world have you done.!! Such a remarkable accomplishment.!! And your brother Spencer is also super creative too, what a great impact did it make with his DIY gallery TV idea.!! You did paint this room at the age of 17?? I don't remember if I've done anything useful at that age.!! All I did then was eat..sleep..play..repeat..!! The only creative thing I could remember me doing then, was riding my bicycle handsfree to grab attention from girls. One fine day, cops in that area stopped me, they removed the handles of my cycle and told, anyways you are not using the handlebars, so you don't need it.!! There i was, standing in the middle of the road with my bicycle without handlebar.!! That was the end of my creativity 🙃😄. Your mom was speechless, I could feel her thrill and excitement, she surely has an elegant and sophisticated personality, but even she was screaming out of excitement, it was such magnificent work you did and most importantly, you did it for your mom. Glad you had Spencer, Denver and your Dad to give a helping hand👍. Such a great video, emotions do travel across continents, your mom's reaction was speechless, what a great moment.!! I used to do room makeovers for my mom, rest in peace. Now I'm planning makeovers for my kids. I didn't and still don't have half the skills you have but I'm working on it. Great job with the bench. My circular saw does this, and it’s because the guard gets caught. If I pull the guard up toward the front, it keeps going. But maybe yours is plotting against you. 🤣 Gallery walls are a beast, your hair looks amazing, and this all looks SO GOOD! Black is best. 🖤
