Would like your opinion... im debating a riccar tandem upright to the sebo cannister. Which would you say is better for a 3 story home with mostly carpet but some laminate.
When we are looking at homes with mostly carpet we tend to lean in to the Riccar tandems. They are in our opinion the absolute best for cleaning wall to wall carpets. They also do very well on bare floor. I tend to like using the soft sweep tool with the tandem air on bare floor however. Sort of like using it like you would use a canister when doing bare floor. The hose is I think 12' or better so it works rather well in that configuration.
@@vacuumsrus i have a sebo G1 essentials and a riccar prima canister with power nozzle (not a tandem power nozzle). i bought the riccar because i want a canister with power nozzle and the vacuum shop gave me a deal at $600, the retail on them is much higher. i really like both machines, i cant get over how quiet the main unit is on the riccar. that thing is whisper quiet and delivers quite of bit of suction. riccar tandem is a good product but it very expensive and seems to be a bit over-engineered. we have a golden retriever puppy, a 6 year old yellow lab, and 5 cats. if we didnt own decent vacuums our house would be covered in pet hair. i think both products are high quality.
