Just got mine, and its just all around bad ass. Great power, balance and easy cornering. If you're on the fence on this one, get off and hop on this beast. Amazing bike

I bought a new Fatboy in the fall of 2003. So Ive been riding that bike for 20 years. Not once have I ever noticed the wind pushing the bike around.

I just bought a 2021 fat boy, black Jack Metallic, Vance and Hines big radius exhaust, and a stage 4 131ci build. It’s at the shop now, watching videos, excited to ride it! Definitely a balanced mix of classic and modern styling.

Been riding bikes starting with off-roaders since I was 13 and got my first street bike right at 16. I’ve had a lot of different street bikes over the years but finally pulled the trigger last week and got my first H-D, a 2018 115th anniversary edition fat boy and man do I love it! It’s still stock and I’ve only put about 300+ miles on it this week but I have plans to add cruise control, get some removable bags and removable windscreen and let it pull double duty as a fun cruiser and a lightweight touring rig. Love this bike!!!

My dream is to have a Harley, a Fatboy, but unfortunately I can't afford it, here in Brazil it costs $20,000 and it's impossible for me, unemployed, doing small jobs and supporting a family. I met a person here in Brazil who received it as a gift from an American businessman, he actually gave the value of the bike and he bought it, I found this attitude a dream, I watch videos about Fatboy every day and dream, today is the best I can go arriving by a Harley Davidson.

I'm about to pull the trigger. Money's not the issue, deciding on the 2022 Fat Boy 114 is. I'm looking for a comfortable cruiser is my goal, I owned a 96 Fat Boy and I enjoyed it quite a bit, had to replace the awful ignition system but I had many hours of enjoyment on my Fat Boy so I'm wondering if there is much difference after 26 years. Oh well, I guess I'll just go check them out and probably take the plunge. Once I walk on a showroom floor I tend to buy, there's something about being around brand new beautiful bikes that make me want to purchase one now, that's why I don't go to the dealer unless I'm ready to make it happen. I'm leaning toward the Vivid Black and I'll have to put on some pipes, change the mirrors, possibly a new seat and a detachable windshield and saddle bags for trips. Thanks for the video! Ride safe brother.

Just make it happen, my buddy put on different pipes on his Fatboy and it sounds fantastic, yeah, the neighbors probably don't like it but tough, it's not like he rides it up and down the block constantly. I'm making it happen this summer no matter what.

Be careful of roads /streets that have stones in them, those tires skip right across them unlike any of my other bikes. But it's a great bike that rewards the rider if they put the work in through the turns.

I sold my 2017 Lowrider last year but it just wasn't the right bike for me. I had a 1996 Fatboy and I loved that bike, sold it like a moron to keep the girl, the girl left anyway and didn't have the bike. Boy was I stupid, never again. I'm looking at the 2022 Fatboy and I love the look of it especially now that they've brought the chrome back. Great review, well done and all the info I needed, didn't know if you could have cruise control and you said it right in the beginning, thank you!! I'm going to make it happen this summer, can't freaking wait.
P.S. I'm on the internet late at night, your intro music woke my neighbors!! 🤣🤣

    • @kylekochanowski8134
      @kylekochanowski8134 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

A Fatbob, Fatboy, Sport Glide or Heritage from the Softail family. Road King or Road Glide from the touring family. Which family you go with would depend on how big of a bike you’ll be comfortable with and what you’ll be doing on the bike. If you’re touring across the country two up, go touring family. If you’re getting out around town alone and want a smaller bike for storage or weight reasons, go Softail family. Hope this helps!

Just bought a 2021 Fat Boy. My first Harley Davidson. What a nice looking piece of shit. I'm selling it and taking a loss because I'll be happier that way.
The Harley dealer (and every other Harley dealer) has no clue how these motorcycles work. They THINK they do, but they don't. My particular dealer sold me pipes & a tuner which immediately lost me 10% power and torque across the board. Dyno seemed to surprise them. Idiots.
I have a shake in the front end which they can't explain.
    My front tire is defective.
It's a wrestling match to make turns.
Battery had to be replaced already.
    Can't get it in neutral.
Due to the new engine design, it will never sound like a Harley. So, don't buy it if you're expecting that.
Other than that, I love it. After going through all the motorcycles I've purchased and ridden over the years, I now have an Indian and a Harley in my garage. Soon I'll have only the Indian!
