K'rrik was originally known as Kerrick; he was a phyrexian sleeper agent. during his assault on Tolaria, he and his forces were caught in a fast time bubble. presumably he truncated his name as the decades flew by. but it's pronunciation is probably still similar just with the E vowel removed.

If you go by the phyrexian version of the card, the name is still pronounced "Kerrik", funnily enough

I've faced this commander a bunch of times with my Sheoldred // The True Scriptures deck and it's only beaten me once.
K'rrik was the first commander deck I made on my own and I purposefully made it very janky with no tutors. Even then, it is the most hated deck in my commander group (not because it wins everytime, it doesn't, but because it is absurd and requiers long turns). I love it.
Crushing that Nadu player was a thing of beauty.

K'rrik is Black at its Blackest. This performed better than I expected starting at 25 life.

In the last game why not just keep Sanguine Bond after discarding and then win on your next end-step with all the life gain triggers
it was a HUGE mistake to put Mana Drain on arena. Blue did not need to be as oppressively strong as it is in Commander :(
