I would recommend you be individual contributor role. and take a break or an exit and pick up another work that fits your needs, could be other sector if your financial freedom permits.

Quitting is not a choice by an employee. If the supervisor notices the drop in engagement level. They can give a warning and terminate. If you are ready for that you may practice that.
Someone who is paying lakhs of rupees sometimes Wfh also can't allow disengagement. How long they pay for those who are not contributing. Maybe people who are serving notice can say, I quit.
