mermaid hair tutorial / transformation education (swatch technique)

Hello and welcome back to my latest episode of transformation education
in this episode I will be featuring a new and trendy colour application technique known as "the colour swatch technique"
this is the second time I've ever tried this technique so by no means am I a pro at it but I'm still so happy to be able to share the journey with you :D
you will notice that there is a significant colour band in this canvas which we chose not to address this time, instead we decided to just try and work with it... its a problem for a later date lol
