They look so delicious! That’s how I want it in cookies, the crisp edges but soft and chewy in the center and the chocolate that melts from the inside, perfect 🍪🤎
Having all of the different textures at once is what really makes it amazing! I hope you get a chance to make them and share them with your friends, thank you for watching Kaye!
Hi Mike… will I achieve the same result and consistency even if I use almond flour instead of all purpose flour? This is a very helpful tutorial! Thanks Mike :)
I have never baked with almond flour before, but you should be fine to substitute the AP flour at a ratio of 1:1. With that being said, you will not be able to achieve the same results using almond flour. The cookies will spread out much more, so I recommend portioning out smaller amounts of cookie dough. The dough may also be stickier. Start with 1 tablespoon (20g) per cookie, see how they bake, and go from there (don't forget to adjust the time for smaller cookies). If you do decide to make this recipe using almond flour be sure to let me know how they turn out! I hope this helps; thank you for the great question Ate Kenneth!
Hmmmmmnn i can hear the crunchy......... As per request im gonna do you crunchy yet chewy chocolate e cookies Thank you for the ultimate cookies of yours
I never go above 1 cup of sugar for cookies. And 1 cup and 1/4 for brownies. It's enough and allows add-on like sprinkles or other w/o getting punched in the face with sugar! 🤣
I prefer measuring by weight instead of volume because it's more accurate and consistent. Also when developing a recipe it makes it easier to make minor adjustments. In the description of this video I included volumetric measurements for the recipe.
Those cookies look like the kind of cookies I've been searching for: nice and crunchy but slightly soft in the middle! 😋
Glad to hear it! I hope you give these cookies a try for yourself soon!
