Don't try prs a lot ngl, maybe once ¼ of a year. But if you have a clear rep goal and progressive overload you can guess pretty good your pr. Like if you do 12 reps of 50kg on bench you can probably do 60kg or if you can do 55 for 6 reps also 60kg

You are actually quite strong for someone just starting. As you begin to lose weight, if you continue to train you can still continue to slightly increase your strength. Don't give up, it's about being consistently good over occasionally great. Find a role model who will inspire you to consistently get in the gym and be better. Good luck man

Mate Kon these are some unreal starting maxes. When I started I was at a 100kg Squat (for 3), 100kg deadlift, and a 65kg Bench. And at that point I had already done a little bit of gym, just not too seriously!
On most of those lifts you literally DOUBLE the usual starting maxes of people who I've trained/ trained with.
You are going to be a DEMON when it comes to strength no doubt.

What’s your weight and height bro? Kon is lifting under average here for his height/weight. But I’m sure he’ll do quite well as long as stays consistent, and continues to push some form of progressive overload and he has sufficient protein intake.

Hi kon! You should prioritise upper chest on push days in the beginnig for best aesthetic gains. It is usually the part lacking in most peoples physiques cause front delts take of the conraction of the upper chest in most exersices. So a good push day would be starting with incline bench press (or with dumbells) and then moving to other chest/shoulder exercises.

Great work mate! smashing it at 100kg squat for your first that is huge. Get yourself a good belt and knee sleeves just to allow you to push yourself to the next stages of strength. Amazing place to start mate you will be cranking out 200KG in no time. I am 130kg and squat 240 kg and started at 100kg max like you. Makes a big difference once you learn form and get consistent. You will need sleeves and belt to protect yourself once you start getting stronger. On your deads your form is critical but you need to point your toes outwards more and also make sure you pre engage your legs and take up the slack (pick it up slightly before you hit your big lift). You will be lifting big weights in no time mate! Aussie frequent watcher here! I am a big boy like you 6'5" and 130 kg.

You will still be able to grow in muscle and strenght. And if you plan to go to failure don't use clips so you can unload the plates to the side if you have to

Normaly most people wouldnt try a pb even a week after they hit it the first time, but i get it for the sake of showing the new gym, keep up the good work, will be fun watching your fitness journey

Impressive most likely due to your weight advantage and natural strength, I'd recommend improving your ankle stability as you collapse inside on them a lot and doing some flexibility pre-workout and post. And personally I think you perform and a lot better at a bulky physique so don't focus too much on losing lots and lots of weight.

I feel like Kon has got really good potential in powerlifting, though I feel like his training style at first should probably be more powerbuilding.
As many are saying in the comments, the first investment should be some flat-soled shoes for squats - and for deadlifts I'd recommend shoes that don't have a midsole (specific weightlifting/wrestling shoes), or no shoes at all so you don't lift in a deficit. Next up, knee-sleeves are great for the squats and can be used in deadlifts as well, and a proper 13mm lever belt to help bracing - SBD is the top-tier brand in these categories.

Well done Kon bro but from experience be very careful with dead lifts. I had a very bad back injury from dead lifts and was out of the gym for a whole year which was weird because my form was correct and it just gave up of me

cleaann! but going to my public gym is wouldn't give up, being able to socialise with people in their is great. Also being able to make new friends is awesome too but if that doesnt bother you then home gyms are always great!
