Hi thanks for the question but for such specific application you will need to read datasheets of multiple MOSFET and then choose MOSFET suitable for your application.

On deep discharge of battery and charging back on solar panel is not happening since load is parallel. Please help to block the load until battery is charged. Please share your contact details bro.
You might be using TP4056 without battery protection ckt. see its design here ---> easyeda.com/Little_Arc/TP4056. You can see in the above ckt battery is not connected in parallel with the load. @@ElectroCreativity Dear friend, am using the same model with voltage production. When it run with out solar availablity battery goes to 2.5 volt and the module shutsdown the load. After Sun comes the solar panel provides around 100mA current where the TP4056 is not able to charge the battery or start the module, no matter how long it's under sun.
@@techz6149 check whether the solar pannel provide voltage greater than 4v at 100mA . If it is not providing more than 4v then you need to lower the intake current in tp4056. It can be done by by adjusting the resistor at PROG pin of IC. Also remember, battery protection ckt is designed in such a way that if battery goes below 2.4v ,it will disconnect the load and load will be powered again once battery charged above 3v . So if u are charging battery from 2.4v then load will not be power until battery charged to 3v.

U can use same MOSFET SI2302. But PWM will be inverted. For logic level conversation u can use LM358 OPAMP.

This IC has SOT-23 package only. But you can find another ic with similar specifications. Just compare parameters in datasheet like Vt, Rds(on) etc.
