On the topic of airbrush painting, the toxicity highly depends on what kind of paint you use. Lacquers and enamel paints are quite toxic, but water based acrylic paint is less of a concern.
Aerosolized acrylic paint is still not the greatest to have in your lungs though.

Honestly, you could spray paint in your room if you have the proper grade respirator. Biggest issue will be overspray settling on things in your room if its not venting outside. Source, am a spraypainter by trade.

I started using only shampoo once every 2 days (as a guy) and it helped me a lot to stop from having it feel so oily. I never use conditioner. From what I understand, if your hair feels fine, you don't need it. If your hair feels dry, use the conditioner. The longer your hair is, the more likely you will need conditioner to make up for the oil not reaching the ends of your hair.
I've been using an airbrush for almost a year, didnt know about the risks, luckily it wasnt that often and maybe i still haven't fricked myself completely

I've been a loofah user since I was like 10 because that's how my mom taught me. She was unfortunately a Pantene 2-in-1 shampoo enjoyer so I didn't become a separate shampoo and conditioner user until I was like 20.
Also throw throw away your loofah every 4 weeks as they can get... funky

How shampoo and conditioner work is not common knowledge, atleast not among men. We are not taught this, our parents do not teach us this, and it is weird to take care of our body to that extent in majority of countries of the world. Men that do this are weird.
