This is the tour I’ve been waiting for. It looks like a hotel in a botanical garden. Hard to believe only three people keep this up. Interesting about spraying the orchid with rice water. Great, great video. It’s so wonderful “visiting” this place with someone who loves the plants and can identify almost all of them. This was the best.
WOW! Thanks Sean. Better than a nursery tour. A tropical botanical garden hotel paradise. When I hit the lottery, I'll be there. I'll watch this several times.
Hi Sean! Its so great to see you having such a joyous time in beautiful Bali. You work so hard, and have such a beautiful Spirit...you deserve it! Ty again for sharing the treasures in your travels. Much love, health, and peace to you! Safe travels.
These days always look forward to Sean videos despite being a subscriber to make plantubers. 2 videos span over 80 mins, really make my weekends! Finally, videos that talked about Bali and plants, feed my fetishism for Balinese-theme gardens. Always find them so mystical yet harmonious. 👍👍👍👍 P.S. watch this video twice in a row.
Thank u Sean for sharing such healthy information. As you said Homalomena is ultimately proven winners. So eye catching. Green thumb to you ! -Mumbai India.
Fantastic tour which makes me wish even more that safe long-distance air travel returns soon! (Also, loved the shout out to Yohji 🖤🙏🏻 Creative inspiration can be found any/everywhere.) Thanks for taking us to Bali with you; I’m really enjoying it!
first time on ur vlog really enjoyed it even tho sadly I don’t have a green thumb 😢 but I learned so much just watching this. Love Bali and your excellent description of plants and the tour of the Udaya Resort was very informative and interesting. Thanks 😊
You should definitely get the one with white flowers along the runners. I really can't remember the name right now, but I have a lot of them. Each segment on those runners look for soil and grow roots. Very easy to take care of, so is the horsetail (the bamboo-looking one).
That would be cool for you to tour the hotels they could ..and should accommodate you ..I would seriously stay there..its nice to see the place before you book..
there is this german word "Fernweh" which describes the feeling of wanting to travel. the opposite to home-sickness ;D ... and Fernweh is what I am suffering from when I watch your Bali videos. I love them tho!!
Calathea LOVES Ubud. I always bought my calatheas from Ubud cuz they looked sooo healthy. But then, when I brought them to my home in Nusa Dua (near the beach) they're slowly dying T___T. I think it's because the climate in general (Ubud is in the mountain, it gets cold in the night, not really hot at noon, high humidity, etc), not just because of how much they get the sunlight.
The plants with white flowers in the pond are water lilies, not lotus. The plants you described as "banana" like plants are alpinias or commonly referred to as red ginger 🙂
Very beautiful place with beautiful plants,I love it🍀☘🌿🌍
So nice. I’m whisked away to Bali from my living room. 😄

The staffs love working with plants too and its so nice to see. Most of the people living in this region of Bali have respect for the environment.

Haha I would never take something for free, I’m not used to it. Maybe thats why I’m so broke all the time haha.
Thanks for taking me to Udaya, a plant heaven. Such a variety of plants!!! Of course u must visit here with ur girlfriend, such a beautiful place.
😀😀

@@onlyplants oh i will for sure, it's on the top of the list of the places i wanna go to once the covid situation cools down

I think we also thrive in ubud no? Every time I go there I feel at peace and rested.
Reminds me of the movie Jurassic park
Oh man I love that movie so much.
The plant beside the pond at 10.30 minutes of your video is Alpinia purpurata a type of ginger
Thank youu, I googled it and committed it to memory!
@@onlyplants Appreciate your reply. Keep up your good work. Not many like you in creating such content in Southeast Asia

Furiously googling these and committing them to memory now haha. Landscaping plants are so different than what Im used to.
💚🌿
😀😀
missed the staghorn fern at 9:24
Could you do a nursery tour about tree ferns and ferns ?
Would love too though I can barely list 5 fern species names haha
5:10 "That is the shower area. Let me zoom in a bit."
viewers: good habit. good habit.
😅😅
It's not a Sean video if the word "cute" isn't used!
🙈
