Thanks for the video and valuable information but I see issue with above Engaged Setup as it includes people who have not subscribed to emails or news letter. So Unless i am doing wrong i think we it may not be right way to engage with them without their consent as per above setup. As i think we must include Subscribed to new letter or email list as well. Please correct me if am wrong.
