That wasn't a re-paving. By the looks of it, they seal-coated the asphalt. The materials used by professional companies is coal tar based. Dave unwittingly named the correct material while simultaneously naming the wrong process. I used to do both seal-coating and re-paving asphalt.

You need to come to Antonio’s pizza in Worcester Ma, I love testing out pizza places and it has some of the best pizza I’ve had…known for serving by the slice a classic cheese pizza with a little Parmesan and oregano will knock your socks off
