I’m from Minnesota and I lived in New York for a year. It’s not the water that makes the pizza or bagels great. If Willy kept the pizza in a little longer it would have been a monster score.
I used to exclusively make dough for an extremely busy local pizzeria. It's all in the water/water temp. But the weird thing is; you need to account for the temperature/humidity OUTSIDE as well as inside. Yeast is wild.
I’m from Long Island and had the BEST pizza in NY/NYC. Been living here in West Palm Beach for 18 years and I can absolutely attest: Willies makes by farrrrr the BEST pizza in all of Florida. It’s thin crust NY style and Willie makes everything homemade. Everyday, it takes Willie a few hours to make his homemade hot Italian sausage at his home. Everything homemade. He is the most devoted pizza chef I’ve ever met, and it’s true…his salad is incredibly good, Willie puts love into everything he creates. NEVER change a thing Willie, keep representing NY’s BEST!

can confirm i live abt 10 mins from here, its backed up all the way till tomorrow with orders. Theyre definetly stressed but solid pizza… idk abt 8.1 but for NY style its really good
Juno Beach is an amazing place. Sadly, my father who lived down there died a couple of years ago so I don’t have a reason to drive down that far in Florida but I do miss the area and him.
A coworker brought in Willie's Sicilian pie with garlic on the side one day. I can honestly say it was a very best piece of pizza I've ever had in my life and I worked at good shops in the past

Was showing the retail center next door and went by for pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had, hands down. I NEVER eat the crust, but I ate the entire pizza, crust and all, even ate the crust crumbs that fell off. AMAZING!

grew up a few miles from there and when I'm in FL visiting family and AT Juno beach, I get gas or drink at That gas station!! Can't believe you were there and that there's also great pizza there! I'll be getting it later this year over the holidays. Wow!! There's some old school spots in the area there where I grew up! Maybe you'll hit them if you are still in Jupiter (Zips), for example check it out.
