My friends too r a mixed cpl + did the opposite... They were in Arizona + moved to Texas. They wish they had watched ur video 1st bc like u, they hate Texas driving, non-diverse feeling + the coldness there vs Arizona. It’s like, to each his own but their experience was like urs. Pls don’t let YT mtgs change ur ‘real’ personality we njoy :)

Yall should go visit Multnomah Falls, its in or near Portland OR...its very beautiful there. I used to live in Vancouver, WA. Also, I've lived in AZ and TX to. I personally found the mexican food in AZ better then TX but thats just me. I currently moved back to and live in Milwaukee, WI but im about to move back to AZ in the spring/summer and im so excited. I heard Payson AZ is cool and Flagstaff etc

Go visit Pike Place Market in Seattle. The saying is keep Portland Weird...That truly does goes for WA State and OR as a whole it's a very weird but kinda cool & Very eclectic with a woodsy vibe. But also it's very city and many black families live there to. You just gotta go to feel and see it for yourselves. It does rain a lot so just prepared for that but it's sooo very green and lush and you'll be on the highway over a body of water and then see green tree islands in the middle of the water. They have woodsy northern beaches too. And you can see Mt St Helens...which I experienced falling ash everywhere while I lived there at one time. It was kinda cool but very dangerous and annoying all at the same time.
Thanks for the update. Come visit Florence AZ. It's a historic Old West Town. Lots to explore. There is the Windmill Winery, St Anthony's Greek Orthodox monastery, Desert ATV rental, and much more. Hope to see you come thru.

It’s wild seeing you all! I started watching your channel 3 years ago (while I was living in Arizona…Chandler/Gilbert to be specific), before I moved to the DFW area! My husband and I are similar to you all! So happy to see you all loving my home state, I miss AZ so much. I also love you both! I have to say though being in Texas, I’m so disappointed when it comes to the Mexican food (too much Tex-Mex)…I miss Arizona’s authentic Mexican food…completely obliterates Texas’ cuisine

I live in Portland oregon it's kinda boring, but we have some of the most beautiful beaches and green scenery, I suggest you visit during summer if you don't like rainy cold weather, same as Washington. Seattle has the space needle you need to go there, it's one of my favorite cities.
Yeah I think we’d wanna visit Oregon in the summer! We’re not really interested in visiting the cities and really wanna see the ocean :) Seattle would be cool to see though!!

Not to be that person but Oregon is pronounced like Prescott where that final O is pronounced like an I so it’s “or-gin” 🙃. Buuuut in Washington definitely drive the snoqualmie pass its very pretty especially in the winter because of the snow…but it can be dangerous because of the snowy/icy roads. I, however, have a nice big suv with snow tires and i always felt safe driving thru the pass in the winter.

Really like any place like 20 miles east of Seattle is pretty/scenic. There’s a ton of hiking spots around there too
