Bigger? Yes!! But I can think of so many things that are better lol still love it though 🫶🏽
So true about the weather…and needing a cloudy day to allow oneself to slowdown a bit! My “go west” from the east coast road trips always have me feeling like this after a week or two. Sunshine is amazing…but so is a cloudy/rainy day :) Thanks…for sharing your stories.
I’ve lived in New York, California, Chicago, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas( Houston). The best food was in Houston and NYC. I think people are more laid back in Houston vs Dallas. I miss the friendliness of Houstonians .

@Destiny & Mitch the bugs are ridiculous, traffic is hell, all day/ night, and the cost of living is outrageous. I have a tiny 1-bedroom for $1,700 here. In San Antonio, I could get a luxury 1-bedroom for the same price. I'm definitely relocating in 2024.

I could live in Arizona. I’m in love with constant warm sunshine filled days. The calmer states are so much nicer. If I were going to relocate Arizona would be a place to consider.
It seems that a lot of people move here or vacation here for that reason!! It’s definitely a beautiful state & the weather is a plus for sure.

I'm looking to move from California in a few year's Texas is high on my list like#1 to move to I actually have thought of Arizona recently as a place of interest and Oregon it just depends on the type of person you are and activities you enjoy doing whether you'll love a state or area . I love drier weather more sunny weather why Arizona appeals to me however a Texas just has a vibe that I think suits me more.
Yes, lots of things to consider when moving to a new state!! Vibes and activities/interests are so important. I’m sure California is stunningly beautiful but it’s so expensive 😅

One thing that you’re not missing in Texas is the traffic in DFW it’s gotten a more crazy all the growth of homes being built out by Alliance along 114

Yeah DFW traffic is baaad!! Luckily we didn’t have to deal too much with it since we rarely went far from where we lived. I can only imagine how it’ll be in a couple of years 😬
Wait, you can't find a good Mexican restaurants here? Arizona definitely has the best Mexican food haha. I am in Tucson so it's a little close to the border.

There is a lot of mom and pop in Glendale and Scottsdale don’t give up on Arizona give it a chance all state have their quirks like Mitch said everyone says hello etc and very true about Texas myself being from California I can relate
Yeah! I think that Texas pride is probably a big factor for me. 😅 🇨🇱 ❤ I love it here and (for now) I'm not sure I can see myself living anywhere else. Although, Arizona is TRULY beautiful.
