    Kobe was a beast. But even he admitted his actions had a cost. He surpassed everyone at a cost. His body couldn't handle things as well when he got older. So he played smarter. Absolute beast.

      High level in many sports is like that bro. High performance sports is "unhealthy" because is the price to be great in anything. CEOs sometimes sleep 2 hours in the fly and have many meetings different countries and languages and etc my family. 🥋

    You play tired, or hungry, hurting, etc...then rest... you're gonna be at your best... it's all reps, and striving. Kobe went there early and often...bc having the ball fall through the hoop is mental...and those reps...again...I bet Kobe, and the greats got better just being on the court... Conceptualizing the game.

    Kobe’s work ethic is second to none. But I wish he let his body recover more especially in his later years to prevent that Achilles injury at least. There is a fine balance with putting the work in and recovery sleep/meditation is very important you can preserve your body and be on an unimaginable level late in your career.

    I appreciated Kobe Bryant's work ethic, but it also made a toll on his aging body when he reached his 40's.

    Its hard to sleep due to jetlag. Its takes atleast a week for ur body clock to fully adjust. So 3 hrs is actually normal the frst week.
