Driving, Austria, Brenner Pass

I made this drive in a VW Bug in 1967 (or 68) on a weekend excursion from Oberammergau, Germany to Venice and return. It was one of those summer seasons when you could set your watch by the start of the afternoon thunderstorm. And the storm lasted all night. We started at about 0400 and drove a very mountainous, two-lane road as we dropped down out of the German Alps passing into Austria with the valley spread before us and Innsbruck in the distance. Until that point, we had continuous thunder, lightening and hard rain in the mountains. Suddenly as we crossed into Austria, the early morning sun was out and it was a glorious day. As we approached the Europa Bridge from a couple of miles a way, we could glimpse it through the trees as it crossed the valley ahead of us. I was totally unprepared for it and was quite frightened at the height and the way the roadbed is perched on those piers. Obviously, our luck held and we didn't fall off! An hour or so later, we came to a breakfast spot with a courtyard on a mountainside in Italy. As we enjoyed our Italian coffee and typical European breakfast, the warm sun felt wonderful on our shoulders.

The dirt on your windshield is making you camera lose its infinity focus.
Your mount is shaking too much making those many large dirt spots jump all amount the image...very distracting.
Suggestion: get a GoPro Hero 4 with built in stabilization - mount it on your hood outside your windshield.
