John "Jocko" Willink is a retired US Navy Seal who received the Silver and Bronze Star for his actions in the Iraq War. He is also a Jiu-Jitsu Black belt under Dean Lister, author, motivational speaker and podcaster. In this video, he speaks about what motivates him and why he views each breathe that he takes as a "gift." Idk I am not even American but it brings me chills I think about every soldier who fought and died and sacrificed his life or anything else, that motivates me to be better, makes me feel I want to sacrifice myself for something bigger than my life protecting the oppressed and be immortal to fight with passion as if it's my war, I love peace but not surrender . sometimes I feel like I am born in the wrong century I am 25 have a good good job and stuff but it doesn't satisfies me , I want to be in that foxhole that ditch that tent that rain that fire because right I am not in my world, when I hear stories of these heroes everyday I always ask in my prayers that lord when my time comes to die lemme die young and in my best version gimme more challenges and strength to overcome that, thanks jocko and you too . No mission too difficult no duty too Big no sacrifice too great!
