Use a keyboard , go to settings , reset , then click yes , this will deleting all data , make sure no usb device connected ( like pendrive , harddrive , etc. ) After that , refresh your remote , remove the battery and change it to a new battery. I hope this will work.

After you seeing the recovery mode use remote Arrow ⬆️⬇️ to select the menu. Select "Wipe data" to reset the tv box. I use this trick 3 times to reset my MXQ Pro 4k
