The worse thing you can do to a battery is charge it after every use, you need to drain it to a minimum 25% before charging

When the charger is on or the battery is on ? Cuz the charger being on would do nothing to it your eventually would have to plug the charger into the wall anyway if your thinking its gunna push to many volts at once right when plugged in it's not I've never seen any sparks when plugging in my battery

Yes, you can! I have a detached garage so it's easier to bring the battery inside to charge it

The gas emitted in case of fire is highly toxic. Charging outside with a fire blanket sounds like a great precaution to take. However under a normal use the battery does not emit and toxic gas that I am aware of

Depends on how fast you're going. Full charge in decent weather is usually around 3 hours of driving on the highway, if you keep it at a reasonable speed and aren't going 80+

I leave my batteries in fire proof bags just to be safe.

The make bike locks, U Lock with two cables. For seat wheels, is what I have. I need it for Downtown PDX Or.😅😅😅
