My only experience with this show is TH-cam recommending clips from when members from 8 out of 10 Cats Do Countdown are on and I can say with 100% confidence that the entire allure of this show is the two hosts being self-conscious and condescending toward their guests whiles their guests take an attitude of "This whole shit show is boring as all hell. Let's have some fun with it" and viewers get to watch those hosts get put in their place
Lee mack did worse things to the countdown clock than sean throwing some paper on it

8:30 Man, that's my exact attitude to Christmas presents, and I am a man over 30. At this point, it is the thought that counts, because whatever my loved ones get me is not going to be something I really need and have had my eye on for a while. What really matters is knowing they thought of me while they were doing their shopping. The corollary is that when you buy something for a man over 30, don't get offended yourself if you never see that gift again. It completed its usefulness when it was opened.
He doesn't look like Cancer is ravaging his body. He looks healthy and full of life.

I kinda feel like it's in a bit poor taste to use harshly descriptive expressions like "ravaging his body" when describing his battle with Cancer. Can't say for sure, but if he was my father and I read that I'd be a bit hurt by the imagery I get when reading it. 😕

I used that terminology because that is how I see the physical fight with cancer. I don't see how that really upsets people. Cancer is a Bitch.

The video was a year or so before he died. He looked good. It's terrible how savage cancer can be, in such a short time.

Rest in piece kinda works anyway. Like it has just become a phrase that shows you loved someone who passed away. Doesn't matter what you believe, the phrase still gets that across. It's kinda like "Oh My God", I still say it even though I don't believe in or support any religion. Although I'm more likely to just shout "fuck".
I'm just gonna say he was a great man and he'll be sorely missed. I'm sorry I never got to meet him. I hope he inspires others to do something funny with the time you have left. I'll always remember him by watching his TV shows, guest appearances and live shows. I hope others do the same and discover his vast wealth of comedic genius.
