The problem is not electrical but rather hydraulic. Steam is not coming out because the water pump has trapped air. To resolve this, simply turn on the device, press the trigger, and shake it for a moment to allow the pump to draw water.
Well, mine does the same but doesnt come back on no mater how long i leave it on. Also, I filled the tank with 50% vinegar, but still nop. Got it new, used it once, now its broken. :(
