There’s a very good reason. Building such an app takes time and experience. Most paintball companies don’t have that experience and would need to use a 3rd party. That’d cost a small fortune and that’d need to be passed onto consumers, markers are expensive enough already.
@@jeruncan No, not wrong. He has the time and experience. Selling boards with functionality is literally his business, so the investment makes sense. He also passes that development cost onto customers.

the oring that you move back and forth for bolt speed and mech play can i just remove it completely and the marker work with no issues
The update system still needs a complete overhaul. There’s no good reason why the board doesn’t have an phone app for voice packs and software updates
